I’ve always enjoyed them, this is one of those games that is a must buy for me. It is admittedly very niche tho, I’m not sure how it will do on console.

They do this every so often, civ 2 was on the original PlayStation and they released civ revolution on PS3 and Xbox 360 as well as a version for the Nintendo DS. I think they finally decided to try a main game again.
