Liberated, one of the most exciting Polish video games of the first half of the year, is a groundbreaking, award winning, new vision of the future of digital comics. Panel by panel, you’ll switch between action, stealth, puzzles, and an engaging comic book story with compelling player-led choices. Liberated is coming first to Nintendo Switch in 2020, shortly followed by PC on GOG and Steam.
Liberated is set in a near-future, tech-noir society slipping into the throes of authoritarianism. Powered by corporations and enabled by new technology, join the fight against state-driven misinformation. As government surveillance and weaponised personal data have painted the world in shades of grey, knowing where to draw the line between revolution and terrorism has never been more paramount.
Publisher Walkabout Games have released nine minutes of brand new direct feed gameplay of the game. In this footage, you’ll see the main character Barry Edwards being taken to the headquarters of the mysterious insurgent group “Liberated” after being intercepted by one of its members. The video shows off the seamless transitions between storytelling and gameplay, as told through Barry’s first infiltration mission, including some precision shooting and an exciting driving segment.
The game itself seems pretty exciting, and I must admit it looks quite unique as well. Check out the gameplay below and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Mosaic (Console release date) is an odd game, one I have talked about before. The entire purpose of the game seems to be to just make you bored out of your damn mind with the mundane task of your life so that you simply refuse to do them and go off and do whatever you want to avoid doing them and by doing so, bring some color and fun into the world itself. This is one of those games I am curious about because it seems like a silly idea, but just silly enough to work. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Today Capcom announced two additional Masterminds joining the roster for Resident Evil Resistance, the upcoming 4 versus 1 asymmetrical survival horror experience included with Resident Evil 3. Infamous Resident Evil villains, Alex Wesker and Ozwell Spencer, each bring a unique brand of terror to the game and a set of special abilities to thwart the Survivors trying to escape Umbrella Corporation’s devious experiments. This duo rounds out Umbrella’s team of Masterminds in Resident Evil Resistance, alongside the previously announced newcomer Daniel Fabron and the notorious Annette Birkin.
Fans who recognize Alex Wesker from Resident Evil Revelations 2 might remember she employs a more indirect means to achieve her goals. As a villain who enjoys putting her subjects through psychological horrors and experiments, she makes the perfect Mastermind. Alex’s play style puts an emphasis on using traps, while also manipulating the map to slow Survivors down with roadblocks and enhanced zombies. As if these were not intimidating enough, when Alex gets really serious, she can call upon a vicious carnivorous plant called Yateveo. This stationary bioweapon might not move, but in the right place it’s a powerful obstruction that keeps Survivors from their objective of escaping.
Ozwell E. Spencer has been a shadowy antagonist in the Resident Evil series, letting others do his dirty work. As the fourth Mastermind of Resident Evil Resistance, Ozwell is now taking a more hands-on approach. Enjoying his position as one of Umbrella Corporation’s founders, Ozwell uses the company’s cutting edge technology to torment Survivors. Unlike other Masterminds who summon controllable bioweapons (like Alex Wesker’s Yateveo, Annette Birkin’s G-Birkin and Daniel Fabron’s Tyrant), Ozwell instead generates a Disintegration Field that severely damages any Survivor who haplessly passes through it.
In addition to revealing new Masterminds, Capcom also shared new artwork showcasing two new maps where Masterminds and Survivors will try to outwit each other:
In Resident Evil Resistance, one Mastermind plots a deadly course by wielding a strategic deck of cards to create dangerous obstacles to prevent a group of Survivors from escaping – such as summoning vicious creatures, setting traps, manipulating the environment, and weaponizing security cameras. In turn, Survivors must work together using their own special abilities and items they come across to thwart the Mastermind, and escape the experiment before time runs out.
Resident Evil Resistance will be included with Resident Evil 3 on April 3, 2020 for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X, and Steam. Visit https://www.residentevil.com/3 for more information.
This, of course, is copied directly from their press release to me as I didn’t want to mistake any of the info, and I will put some of my favorite pics at the bottom. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Savior told me of a game to check out as he frequently does ( now available on PSN) and I have to admit, the look and old school controls is seriously reminiscent of classic Resident Evil and Silent Hill. While it looks like your enemies are typical zombies, the atmosphere looks like a brighter Spencer mansion from the first Resident Evil game. If you want a classic horror throwback, this doesn’t seem like a bad game. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
I haven’t followed much of what’s been going on with the FF7 remake, except for the delays, but I must admit the graphics are stunning. The world looks brilliantly re-imagined and the characters look great. While I’m not fimilair with the classic game, the plot sounds solid and I’d definitely give it a shot. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
The picture sadly says it all. Dying Light 2 has joined the list of many games to be delayed already. Originally set for being released Spring 2020 it seems we don’t have any real time frame now. So now the waiting game begins best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
That is right, coming to Steam March 23rd is Trails of Cold Steel 3. It will contain many PC exclusives such as 240FPS,auto-save, and keybindings. Enjoy the trailer below and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
It is with a sad heart we report the death of anime legend Brice Armstrong, the voice of Captain Ginyu and the narrator of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball z. He died of natural causes at the age of 84 and we wish his family the best and may the gaming gods bring him peace.
I’ve been told the first Hellblade game was really amazing and since I just purchased the first game, I wanted to look at the trailer for 2. I love the atmosphere and I love the badass music in the trailer. It got me excited to play the first. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
