I was afraid of this…The latest Wonder Woman trailer has a lot to offer but Cheetah immediately makes me think of a Cats 2019 extra gone rabid. I like Barbara’s fight against Diana but something about the effects seem more over the top than the first. While it’s a good trailer, I can’t help but be a little worried. Yesterday we lost a great actor and a genuinely great man, Chadwick Boseman, most recognized as T’Challa/ Black Panther in the MCU. He passed away after a long, hidden battle with Colon Cancer at age 43. I, like many, are in shock and from Savior and I, much love goes out to his friends and family. We lost a icon and a great talent too soon. Wakanda Forever.
So I went out of town for the weekend and I come back slammed with loads of DC material to cover. I’m going to say this here and now, The Batman looks like it could be the Batman movie I always wanted. I love the grim noir feel of Seven and I adore the bat suit and Batmobile designs. I’m thrilled Riddler, one of my personal favorites, was front and center in the trailer. Pattinson looks intimidating as the Batman, and I love his cold glare at the end outside of the mask. The movie looks extremely promising and I hope this great team pulls it off. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
I don’t know why this movie exists and I don’t know why Deep Blue Sea needed a sequel at all, let alone a trilogy. While not the worst looking shark movie I’ve ever seen, it still doesn’t look as good as the first did 2 decades ago but it could be ok. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
I must say, I adore the artistic style of this trailer and I’d love it if more movies got creative with there trailers like this. Honestly, I love how it beautifully connects the horrors of today’s world to the tragic origin of Candyman. I’m now really excited and I hope its a hit. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
There isn’t much to say except that evil never truly dies, and in this case I couldn’t be more exited. A good tease doesn’t need much and while not even a full minute, this one says a lot. The delay, while a bummer, is understandable given world events but at least we have something to look forward too. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
I’m glad Slade gets some limelight on his own, rather than being a villain in Teen Titans or Arrow. I’m even more excited that it’s R rated so this epic DC anti-hero can stretch and be himself on screen. I can’t wait to see the final result. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Zombies re everywhere but I like the idea of demon/ zombies in the old school days. The Moari I always found interesting but I’m kinda disappointed it looks like a story of possession zombies. I am interested in the premise and would check it out. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
I haven’t been so glad to see the sentence “coming to theaters” in my life. During Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn we got a special IMAX sneak peek of Tenet and like many Christopher Nolan features, it’s a awesome time and a great treat after months of quarantine. This looks like one of those simple concepts I hope gets flushed out. Simon Pegg really blends into this new role and I give him credit for being able to stretch beyond comedy and being able to do more. It looks like a interesting movie I’d be happy to check out.
