Darlin trailer

I’m a firm believer that some of the best horror out there is the stuff just out of the mainstream. This trailer caught my eye and I remembered why I used to love looking outside the mainstream. There’s questions I want to ask, mainly WTF is going, but that’s the sign of a good trailer. It looks like a interesting and possibly gory horror movie that I wouldn’t mind checking out. Scary Stories to tell in the Dark trailer

A little while back we got the a clip filled Scary stories to tell in the dark trailer that didn’t give much of plot synopsis. I have to say, it’s raw that I get this excited for a horror movie these days but with the exception of IT: Chapter 2 and Pet Sematary 2019 this looks to be awesome. The creatures and atmosphere look fantastic and the plot seems like a decent way to roll it all together. I’m seriously pumped for this movie and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Spider-Man Far From Home Trailers

I saw this morning what is supposedly a new trailer, tho it honestly just seems like a bunch of trailers rolled into one. Either way I did enjoy that most of the writing isn’t even in English while the spoken language is. Plus Spider-Man footage is always nice. Best wishes, and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Rambo Last Blood Trailer

Rambo Last Blood finally has a trailer, and admittedly I have been pretty skeptical about this even being made, and I still don’t see why it even needs to exist. That being said the teaser tells a story of an older and retired John Rambo doing what he does best, kicking ass and blowing stuff up for a not quite disclosed reason that most people won’t care about anyway. I personally will probably check this out on the grounds of it truly looks like a classic 80’s action flick. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Terminator: Dark Fate trailer

Terminator was once upon a time an amazing Sci-fi action movie with one of the greatest sequels of all time, becoming two pop culture icons. Sadly that wasn’t enough and now with one of the muddiest canons in modern film, we get yet another “Se-boot” , trying to be the T2 sequel that never was. Despite Cameron’s involvement and the return of Linda Hamilton and Arnie, I doubt this is going far I’m afraid. The effects look fairly poor by today’s standards and the new Terminator reminded me of Ultron mixed with Conner in Genysis. The future isn’t written but I hope the title doesn’t reflect Terminator’s future, a dark fate. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Batman: Hush trailer 1

When I heard that Hush was going to be the next DC animated movie, I was pretty excited. Originally I was under the understanding it was going to be R rated and at first I was bummed. Regardless the animation and voice acting looks solid and I think it would be a cool, though my main fear is it being watered down. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

IT Chapter 2 teaser

I have to admit I was surprised the trailer didn’t drop during Pet Sematary 2019 but after an extremely tough week, it was a nice surprise. I adore the choice of starting the trailer with adult Beverly and the old woman and slowly letting the suspense build. Like the first part, I’m glad they aren’t showing much, which helped immensely the first time. I can’t wait to float this September with Pennywise again, and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Crawl Trailer (July 12th)

This July we are getting exactly what we need in 2019, a movie about alligators that show up during a hurricane in Florida. Honestly, I feel like most of the movie was given away in the trailer, but hey who knows, judge for yourself. I personally think the movie looks pretty bad. HBO Watchmen teaser

When I heard HBO was rebooting the Watchmen, one of the most important graphic novel stories ever, I was pretty intrigued. While I had no issue with the movie and actually thought it improved some things, I was curious what could be done. The first teaser looks interesting and the dark tone is there. I’m curious if this is meant to be before or after the events of Watchmen, considering the cult of people wearing Rorschach’s mask, I’m leaning towards after. I am curious what they’ll come up with.
