The pixel adventure RPG, follows the humble fisherman Baelin, from the hit series Epic NPC Man. He becomes the last Adventurer left in the town of Honeywood following a disastrous accident involving muggers and the High Sorcerer and must save the town from the evils unleashed in the world.

As Baelin travels throughout the lands, he will engage in fearsome battles against fish, where players must use a combination of casting powerful spells whilst timing their attacks and blocks properly, rescue NPCs in need and dredge useful materials to bring the destroyed village to its former glory. The Darkest Files is a historical investigation and trial game. Players take on the role of Esther Katz, a young, ambitious prosecutor in post-war Germany, as she investigates unsolved crimes from the Nazi era based on true events.To do this, they interview witnesses, search for clues, and finally bring the perpetrators to justice, where they must try to prove their theory of how the crime was committed.

On her exciting and emotional journey into the 1950s, the protagonist Esther Katz becomes part of the team of the famous historical figure Fritz Bauer, who actually investigated such cases as a public prosecutor in Frankfurt at that time.

Game FeaturesPlayers interview relatives, witnesses, and suspects to uncover the truth behind meticulously researched historical casesThey delve into the testimonies through Esther’s inner eye in first-person mode – they can interactively relive the events from the perspective of the person giving the testimony and understand the actions to confront suspects with contradictions and find additional clues.Conclusions must be drawn and evidence evaluated.On a drawing board, a theory of the crime is reconstructed, which players can then take to court to prove.However, the game also allows them to go to court with any theory and achieve different outcomes for each case. It is quite possible that a culprit will go unpunished.The lovingly and elaborately designed building of the prosecutor’s office can be explored. Historical Background Fritz Bauer was a German attorney. As a Jew and outspoken opponent of the Nazis, he was dismissed from his post and sent to a concentration camp. He emigrated in 1936 and continued to oppose the Nazis from exile. After the war, he returned to Germany and worked as a public prosecutor. He is best known for being a key informant in the arrest of Holocaust organizer Adolf Eichmann and for initiating the Frankfurt Auschwitz Trials in the 1960s.

In Through The Darkest of Times, the spiritual predecessor to The Darkest Files, players organize the resistance in Nazi Berlin. The game has won numerous national and international awards, including the German Game Developer Award in the categories “Best Indie Game”, “Best Game Beyond Entertainment”, and “Best Story”. At the German Game Developer Award 2020 it was nominated for “Best German Game” and won in the category “Best Serious Game”. At The Game Awards 2020, it was the first German game to be nominated in the category “Games for Impact”.

While there isn’t much news, and by that I mean any news or even anything to show about it aside from a single still frame sent out really. It has been announced Space Marine 3 is in development. Focus has also made it known that Space Marine 2 will continue to receive updates. Here is a statement that was released. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

“We have been honored by the incredible response from fans following the launch of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. We will continue to support the game with exciting content and regular updates in the coming years. Today we are thrilled to announce that the adventure will continue with Space Marine 3. Players can look forward to an immersive campaign, a multiplayer mode, and innovations that will redefine the standards of third-person action games. Developed in close collaboration with Games Workshop, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 will take the genre to new heights by introducing large-scale battles that are even more spectacular,” said John Bert, Deputy CEO of Focus Entertainment Publishing, a subsidiary of the PULLUP Entertainment Group.

“Space Marine 2 has proven to be a transformative game for Saber. It is the culmination of everything we have learned about game development in our 25 years in the business. We are now starting to develop Space Marine 3, a game that carries with it tremendous expectations from our rapidly expanding fanbase. While we will continue to support and grow the Space Marine 2 universe over the coming years, we will take all our learnings and apply them to an even bigger and more spectacular game for the third installment. We view this as an opportunity to create a true love letter to the Warhammer 40.000 universe,” said Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive.

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the beloved 1990s anime Samurai Pizza Cats, a brand-new video game is officially in development. Alongside this announcement, a special trailer featuring the original voice cast has been released!

The show first aired in Japan on February 1, 1990. Kyatto Ninden Teyandee is a sci-fi, action-comedy animated show set in Edoropolis, a city inhabited by anthropomorphic robotic animals. The series gained international recognition in the early 1990s when it was localized as Samurai Pizza Cats and broadcast worldwide and has maintained a dedicated fanbase to this day.

The new game, Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast from the Past, is being developed by Dutch studio BLAST ZERO (creative team behind Jitsu Squad) and will be globally distributed by Red Dunes Games from the United Arab Emirates. Designed as a 2D Action RPG, the game allows players to seamlessly switch between members of the Pizza Cats, utilizing their unique abilities to solve puzzles and engage in thrilling battles within the world of Little Tokyo. The newly released trailer shows a stunningly faithful recreation of the anime’s cel animation style, along with a sneak peek at in-game footage. What was your experience recording for the trailer? “To be honest, I wasn’t familiar with Kyatto Ninden Teyandee before this project. It’s incredible to be involved with a series that predates my birth. The recording session was truly special—I had the privilege of performing alongside legends like Kappei Yamaguchi, watching them work up close in such a dynamic setting.” — How did you feel about taking over the role of Sukashii from your senior colleague Jūrōta Kosugi? “Even now, I feel like it’s too great an honor to say I’ve ‘inherited’ the role. This is my first time stepping into a character previously portrayed by another actor, and I was deeply conscious of preserving the image of Sukashii that fans hold dear.
