Lately there has been talk that in 2020 Marvel would be releasing an Eternals movie and Black Widow movie. The interesting thing is that ScreenRant is reporting that it could take place millions of years ago. This could be quite interesting and would make it quite removed from the Marvel universe in the present day which in itself could be quite interesting. The Next Purge Could be the Last
According to a recent Screenrant article the oddly successful The Purge franchise could be coming to an end. It has reported that the creator thinks the next could be the last. They have quite steadily been releasing since 2013 so really it may be about time. Friday the 13th, Produced by LeBron James?
Yea you read that headline right, ScreenRant is reporting that none other than LeBron James is in talks to reboot Friday the 13th as producer. This may seem odd but with him being heavily involved with Space Jam, his career most likely winding down and the new era of horror in full swing this is quite a smart move on his part if its true. Affleck and Cavill probably done as Batman And Superman
As reported by cinemeblend and really common sense at this point. There has been no shortage of rumors floating around about either of them being done with their roles and it seems that may be true. Ben has had his own set of personal things going on and Cavill is in a similar boat and even had a small thing recently on social media as well. Nic Cage says he would be a great Lex Luthor
Most people don’t know that, or maybe they do, that at one point Nicolas Cage was supposed to play Superman. If you want the fully story on all this check out Screen rant. What is also interesting is when asked about playing Superman Cage openly admits that those days are gone, but he believes he would make a great Lux Luthor. Aquaman trailer 2
We got a treat yesterday in the form of a huge Aquaman trailer that gives us a huge look at movie in general. First I have to say visually it looks improved from Aquaman trailer 1 and the Atlantis stuff looks absolutely stunning. Jason Mamoa is charismatic as always and I can’t lie, he pulls off the classic outfit at the end of the trailer; Amber Heard seems natural as Mera and I was glad to see her use her power. I was glad to see Manta in action but I am really liking Patrick Wilson as Ocean Master. I’m really digging how it’s shaping up. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Zombieland 2
After many years of rumors and such Comicbook.com and many others have been reporting that zombieland 2 is set to release a year from now in October of 2019, 10 years after the original. The stars had to align to make this happen with. Getting the original cast together was hard, and they pretty much demanded a high quality script. Wegotthiscovered.com also reports that we have been promised a cameo that will rival that of the Bill Fucking Murray came from the first, but we will have to wait to see. Venom Gets 40 Minutes Cut
According to movieweb.com there is a ton of Venom that you won’t be seeing in theaters. About 40 minutes to be exact. Tom Hardy also said some of his favorite scenes also did not make it into the movie which really makes me wonder what did make it into the movie. A lot of people are bit nervous about this one with it being a Spider Man spin-off with no spidey and being separate from the MCU. Tom Hanks as Mr. Rogers
Expected to arrive in October of 2019, the movie of Mr. Rogers starring Tom Hanks and this is the first look. I won’t lie, as I was scrolling around and saw this I actually thought it was just an old picture of the man himself. Granted it isn’t perfect but just scrolling though it’s a close match.
