I’ve caught a few episodes of Doom Patrol but honestly, this show is amazing. With season 3 coming out, I want to catch up and season 3 looks great so far. I can’t wait to see what’s next for The Chief, Robot Man, Elastic Woman, Crazy Jane, Cyborg and Negative Man. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Chapelwaite series trailer
I was confused at first when I heard of this show, seeing it was based on a Stephen King story; I wasn’t familiar until I saw it was based on the short story Jerusalem’s Lot. Yes Salem’s Lot is the same place but much different time period and there is no vampires as much as I remember. The show looks interesting enough at least. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
AHS: Double Feature trailer 1
For what its worth, I’m happy to see AHS coming back. I’m also happy to see a lot of the veteran cast returning. The plot looks interesting and there is some interesting imagery. I’m hoping it’ll stay strong after 1984. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Venom: Let there be Carnage trailer 2
I want to love these trailers. I love both Tom Hardy and Woody Harrelson; Carnage looks fantastic. I can’t wait to see Venom and Carnage clash on screen. But I feel like everything wrong with the first movie is going to come back and bite this movie in the ass, I just pray not harder. With it being delayed once again, I can’t say I’m overly positive. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Space Jam: A New Legacy

Lebron James, one of today’s greatest athletes, has worked hard over the years for the fame and respect, something he wants to instill in his son Dom. His fame is also a huge asset to Al. G Rhythm, a algorithm for WB and the ruler of the Serververse where all WB’s properties exist. When Lebron refuses to join forces with Al, he takes Dom under his wing and sends Lebron to the now empty Looney Tune world. Al challenges Lebron to a simple game of basketball, giving him the ability to recruit any WB character he can for his team, his prize being his son and there freedom. But Al has a trick up his sleeve…
Ugh- this review is going to hurt. Not only did I loathe this movie, but I actually felt dirty after watching it. Space Jam 2 is essentially a 2 hour WB cash grab that wants you to know this movie exists for money. Lebron is pretty wooden and pretty unlikable when he’s not phoning it in. The Looney Tunes aren’t funny and just come off as desperate, like all those crap cameos that make no sense peppered throughout the movie. Don Cheadle tries but not even War Machine can save this atomic dumpster fire. The effects look cheap, the score isn’t memorable, and this movie drags like hell. In the end, not only do I not recommend watching this, but I can safely say this is without a doubt the worst movie I’ve seen in a few years. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Dune trailer 2
Dune maybe one of my most curious wonders in film all year; everything about it could go great or be the next big train wreck. I think it looks great visually and the cast is top tier but we won’t know until almost the end of the year. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Don’t Breath 2 trailer
I wasn’t a huge fan of Don’t Breathe but I respected it as something a bit out of the ordinary; the sequel looks to be continuing the trend. I like that the Blind Man seems like more of a antihero this time around and this seems like a action revenge thriller. I think it’ll stand out as the last film had. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Deadpool reaction trailer
So it weirdly seems fitting that this is how Deadpool would pop up in the MCU. Not a huge cameo, not a reality bending movie, but a reaction trailer to a Ryan Reynolds movie. Granted, Free Guy looks great but honestly Deadpool and Korg are a fun duo and I hope to see them together again. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Black Widow

On the run after being declared a fugitive after Civil War, Natasha Romanoff is used to lonely undercover gigs and being on the run. She’s also used to losing family. When attacked by a skull-masked assailant known as the Taskmaster, Natasha is faced with a terrible fact that the Russian organization that created her and countless Widows is still at large and it’s up to her and her old spy family to bring down the “Red Room” once and for all while being hunted by a enemy that not only as adapted to Natasha’s fighting skills but the other Avengers as well.
Ok, I’m not going to bullshit anyone here, I hated this movie. Not every MCU movie was a gem but at least had redeeming features and was entertaining to various degrees; I was not entertained by this movie. The plot is a bad recycling of Captain America: Winter Soldier with none of the epic fights, drama, or characters that movie had. The fights are few and far between and are so over the top, I couldn’t get invested; knowing Widow was going to survive this movie sure as hell didn’t help the tensionless action either. Taskmaster, a badass menace in the comics, is a boring droid pretending to be Winter Soldier that’s story is both predictable and uneventful. The comedy is forced and cringe, often added to some really serious moments which multiplies the cringe. The pacing is awful and this movie dragged. I will say the main cast tried their asses off but drowned under the shit script and honestly Black Widow deserved a way better movie than this. In the end, I don’t recommend this movie and I hope this was just a fluke because if this is the trend, the MCU is toast. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

In 1981, the Warrens, Ed and Lorraine, were exorcising a boy who was violently possessed. It was a powerful struggle, almost killing Ed in the process from a near fatal heart attack; the boy was saved with the help of his sister’s boyfriend Arnie who pleaded for the boy’s soul. The problem is, Arnie’s sacrifice may have had a darker outcome as he begins hallucinating and one day, he’s found on the side of the road, covered in blood. Arnie was indeed a killer but as Lorraine and Ed quickly begin to realize, this case is different: someone deliberately summoned this entity and it’s a race against the clock to stop them before a horrific curse is completed.
Conjuring 3 is definitely a mixed bag but without a doubt the weakest of the trilogy. The best thing this movie has is the chemistry between Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga as Ed and Lorraine, they give it their all and they carry the hell out of this movie. I like a lot of ideas presented. I like that the main antagonist is human and I like how the story tries to feel more like a detective thriller than horror movie. As a thriller the movie is decent but this is lousy horror movie. If James Wan had directed it, I feel it could have been better. There were too many times I laughed my ass off when it was supposed to be serious, either because of a bad jump scare, lame visual, or a goofy line. The movie felt slow, despite the over the top effects and dumb moments. In the end, I hope this is the last Conjuring and the universe can close because the Conjuring universe is just killing itself with mediocrity and this movie is just meh. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
