I admit this movie’s trailers keep impressing me. Phoenix is obviously passionate in his take as Joker and I can’t wait to see his full performance. It does pretty gritty and I couldn’t be happier it’s officially R rated. I’m really excited for it next month. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker D23 trailer
Well, if they were trying to keep us guessing, they are doing a good job because I don’t know what the hell in going on in this movie so far. Beside most of the trailer being stuff we’ve already seen, I am looking forward to the rematch between Rey and Kylo Ren. My question, look most of the internet’s is, how the hell did Rey go Sith? Her compact red dual bladed saber is pretty cool but I can’t help but kind of groan after seeing her turn; while kind of a Mary Sue, I do genuinely like Rey as a protagonist and I liked her arc in The Last Jedi (second opinion) . While my interest has smouldered a bit, I’ll still check out the final entry in the Skywalker saga. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Star Wars: The Mandalorian trailer
So D23 was this weekend and we got some big Star Wars news, including two trailers dropped. The Mandalorian on Disney+ is pretty much looking to be a show about the bounty hunters of the Star Wars universe ( for casual fans, Mandalorians are the race and enemies of the Jedi that Jango and Boba Fett belong to, hence the main character’s garb.) While the trailer doesn’t give many plot keys, I do like the western vibe and the main character does look like a badass. It looks like it’s shaping up to be a cool show. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Underwater trailer 1
Underwater looks to be one of those movie premises I’m kind of surprised it’s taken this long to come up with. It does look really cool though and I found myself curious what the creatures will look like. I did a strong Alien / Descent vibe, especially during the credits which kind of bugged me a little. It does look interesting and I do want to check it out. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
Zeroville (Preview)
Zeroville is an upcoming movie starring James Franco, Seth Rogan and Megan Fox amongst others. Franko plays Vikar, a man living a dreamlike movie life in the 1970s. The trailer is intriguing but humorous and should be good for a laugh. Check out the trailer, and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
The Kill Team (preview)
The Kill Team is an action movie about American soldiers. I admittedly don’t know a ton about it, but the trailer looks pretty cool. So check it out, and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
A Hidden Life Trailer
A Hidden Life is another movie coming out that is based on a true story. This one about a man that refused to be a Nazi. A literal Nazi by the way, in Germany during World War 2 this isn’t a metaphor or anything like that. He is taken from his family, tortured and beaten and refuses to do what he sees as wrong. The trailer seems cool, tho it won’t be a movie for everyone. I look forward to it hitting Netflix or Hulu personally. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Dolemite Trailer
Dolemite is the newest movie starring Eddie Murphy and is based on the true story of Rudy Ray Moore, a comedian and more from the 1950’s until the 1970’s when he made the original Dolemite movie. It has an interesting look to it, check it out below and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Titans, season 2 trailer
well, I’ll give them this, it looks better than the first but that really wasn’t saying much. I like the bigger cast f characters including Superboy, Aqualad, Wonder-girl, and Krypto the super dog. Fans of the comics knew Deathstroke would pop up as the main villain sooner or later; I can’t tell what I think of his look yet. There are still some cringe worthy moments like Todd yelling ” Titans are back bitches!”. In the end, it looks like a improvement but not too great.
Addams Family trailer 2
I grew up loving the Addams Family like many others and it hurts a little that after 2 trailers this movie still isn’t clicking with me. While I think the cast is great, the fact the movie is animated kinda bugs me. While a lot of the jokes didn’t resonate with me, I think younger kids will like it. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
