Tales of Vesperia was exclusively for Xbox 360 way back in 2008, and now 10 years later for the Xbox one we get the definitive edition. Now it has (at the time of this writing) not been confirmed if it is an xbox exclusive or not. The remastered game will have additional content and characters. Now I don’t have a review for Unravel 2, many people didn’t even know it was coming out. Hell some of you still may not know it is out. Here is the trailer by the way.
What I actually thought was cool about this was the release date choice. We got to the end of all this the speaker simply says and the game releases today (this was from June 9th) This for me was an odd, yet surprising and awesome choice. This is a game pretty much nobody knew was coming. There was no build or hype and the crowd got pretty excited. We get to the end of the preview and boom, this guy says go home and buy it. More companies I think should do this, sure it may hurt sales initially but I think overall it will even out. What do you guys think? Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Space Harrier 2 is the story of a guy with a huge cannon somehow flying around shooting even weirder stuff. By the way not in a plane or anything. He is just holding a cannon just shooting stuff. Also the usual is true here, either looks like the original, or an insanely well polished newer version.
Seriously this game is weird as hell check out my original review for Sega Forever Space Harrier 2 Sega Forever and that opinion hasn’t changed one bit. The game is pretty fun for the early style shooter it is, but it is still a weird concept. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Command & Conquer Rivals is a new C&C for the more modern era, and by that I mean it’s for mobile. Being shown at E3 actually upset a few people since cellphone games usually aren’t shown at the event. For a more in-depth explanation for why you will see more of it tho, look here. As for what the game is, well its C&C. You gather resources and fight over a Nuclear missile in the center of the map. Whoever controls 2 of the 3 spots when the meter fills up shoots the enemy base, whoever hits the enemy base twice wins. Pretty simple concept really. The game will be available on IOS and Android but to my knowledge is currently only available in pre-alpha on Android. The game is fun but does have its issues. While feeling decently like C&C they make it a point to tell you that for now there are no in-game purchases, meaning the full game will have some.
You do occasionally win boxes with money and troops, and it is a save assumption these are what you can buy. If that is the case, this is clearly going to be a pay to win mobile game from EA. To make matters worse, at least for now the game seems to be nothing but PVP with no way to practice or even grind for stuff. The game however is fun and easy to get into. With EA conference being today we did get some new info on Battlefield V today, some of it expected, some of it maybe not so much. We found out houses are now pretty destructible so hiding in them will be more dangerous than ever. This is hardly new, but you can expect it to look better than ever.
Also the usual cannons floating around the map are now able to be moved. We saw a video of a vehicle drive up attached one and just drive away, now making them more useful and more versatile.
Also confirmed, and this one I expected as did most people, yes there is going to be a Battle Royale mode in Battlefield V. Not much detail has been given but we have been promised more before release, but we have been told there will be a Battlefield twist to it with weapons and vehicles.

If you want A quit run down tho, Looks good, could look original, your call. Awhile back I called the Xbox version the definitive version of Golden Axe. I have no changed my mind, this is it. By now you guys know the routine, if not check here. Sega Genesis Classics. Columns itself is an old-fashioned puzzle game where you match 3 colors to get rid of them and score points, hit the top and its game over.
While even when it released it was standard the game was a ton of fun and this hasn’t changed at all I am happy to say. The game also as you would imagine gets slightly harder as time goes on, which is also quite normal for the genre as a whole. Aside from that there isn’t much to say about the game, puzzle fans will be happy to add this to the collection. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
This is one of those games I want to trash and praise at the same time, graphically it looks good but isn’t amazing and the game play is simply fun. You build a community of survivors while you find supplies, usual stuff. Search houses and warehouses and stuff, find food, gas for cars and generators, medicine. Nothing ground breaking but fun. The controls work nice, sort of.
I say sort of because damn these glitches are seriously a pain in the ass. Stuff disappears and reappears at will, you get stuck places, zombies will punch doors that don’t exist then suddenly do. The game has gotten better with updates, but honestly it is so damn frustrating to play at times. I don’t even bother with the online features most of the time. after all the issues. The game is fun, one example is early on one of my neighbors Mark and his friend Tom needed my help getting some medicine back. So I decided to help, and as we get them back these to robbers open fire. As they die I take this chance to put a bullet in the back of Marks head. I report Marks demise back to Tom, but I tell him the other guys killed Mark and offer to let him join my community. Not wanting to be left alone he takes me up on that. I now how Tom, their meds and a bunch of supplies.
This may seem pretty dishonest, but I thought it was whats best for my group. These are the types of decisions you can make, tho I am not sure you are SUPPOSED to make. The best way tho to experience this game however is through game pass, until this game is fixed tho I can’t recommend buying this one. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
This one is an all time favorite of mine, so I was always going to be harsh on this one and I have actually reviewed it before as you can see Phantasy Star 4. So you can see, I enjoy it. Just like the rest of the Genesis Classics, you get to choose if you want the original look or a cleaner more modern look. Also on rare occasion you will hear a sort of weird distortion to the sound, that was also in the original game, these games haven’t really been changed from the originals they have just been emulated.
