Mario Tennis Aces is now coming to the Nintendo switch, and for the first time in years it will also have a story mode. Tennis isn’t for everyone, but for some reason adding Mario to the sport just makes people go nuts. This time around I doubt will be any different, best wishes and may the gamin gods bring you glory.
For fans of Hyrule warriors or people that may have missed it on the Wii U and 3DS the Nintendo Mini Direct saw the announcement of the definitive edition, it appears to have upgraded graphics and will include all the DLC and playable characters from the original release. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Kirby Star allies is a co-op Kirby game that come March 16th will allow you to team up with friends in a beautiful Kirby adventure and allow you to work together and combine powers to defeat your enemies and once again save the world. 2018 is shaping up to be another big year for the Nintendo Switch and this game will surly add to that. May the gaming gods bring you glory.
A long time ago for the Nintendo DS a game was released called The World Ends with You. Originally in 2007 in Japan and the PAL region in 2008 it quickly became a sort of cult hit. It used the DS in amazing ways such as using the styles and microphone for attacks and combined many aspects of Japanese culture in a way that the world over seemed to love. Now in 2018 a whole new group of people will get to enjoy this game, this time for the Nintendo Switch. How this will turn out I am not sure, but it promises to be an amazing treat. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Destroy all humans is kind of like a Sci Fi movies from the 60’s or 70’s in video game form. After a space ship accidentally gets a bit to close to missile launch and knocked out of the sky, our main character Crypto is sent to help save his race by taking over the human race in the name of the Furon Empire so they can extract DNA hidden deep inside humanity so they can save their own race.
The graphics have been updated nicely and the controls work well. The writing has aged well and is pretty funny in its own right, but do not go into this game expecting a serious experience. The very beginning for example sees Crypto attempting to speak with cows since he feels they may be the dominate species. Turns out not so much obviously, the game however is worth playing for many reasons, but I won’t spoil that on you. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Well the title says a lot. The following video will say much more.
Now the video and the title will say a lot, but there is more info out there. For example there is a trilogy box set that comes with Dark Souls one ,two and three along with a ton of other stuff like art books, book ends and other assorted items, and all for the low low price of $450 (American) Now that won’t be in the cards for me and the sooner than expected release date of May 25th.
What does the remaster include? Well 1080 graphics on the PlayStation and Xbox one as well as upscaled 4K graphics on the One X and Pro with native 4K on the PC. I do have some concerns tho, the original dark souls was damn near broken at times and it basically required manipulating broken hit boxes and camera angles as opposed to actual skill. Dark Souls 2 to a lesser extent had a similar problem but Scholar of the First Sin fixed those amazingly, and I really hope the remaster of DS1 does the same. I am personally excited but optimistic. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Lords of the Fallen is an attempt at mimicking the success of the Dark Souls and Bloodborne craze. Having played many games of the genre i can honestly say Lords of the Fallen isn’t bad, it simply isn’t as good. The controls work well and the magic does what it is supposed to, tho there isn’t much variety in it. The weapons have the same as other games of its type, big swords that are slow smaller quicker short swords meant to be paired with a shield axes and so on, all of which do exactly what you would thing and requiring different amounts of points in each stat to equip and use.
The story itself follows something similar to the soulsborne series as well, and by that I mean its there if you want to go looking for it, tho here it is much easier to find. The game is also easier than your average soulsborne game. All in all if you can grab this on sale ( or like me got it free on PSN a while back) it is worth playing, but I wouldn’t spend more than $10 or so. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Many of you may know that about 2 years ago Capcom confirmed they were remaking Resident Evil 2, but since than nothing has really been said. Recently tho Express.co.uk has pointed out as have many fans that the Japanese Twitter for the company has updated their picture to all the games recently released with 1 gap, the gap where you would think Resident Evil 2 would be. The link to is here best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
This game has always been odd. You basically play as a monster killing other monsters. But if you are reading this you know that, you know what the game is and you are saying hey savior is it worth my time on the cell phone. Yea, it will scratch that nostalgia itch. It sounds good and plays well on my cell phone. If you liked the original or even heard good things and want to try it, now is your time. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
Gunstar Heroes is one I actually never played until now so I don’t have much to compare it to. It looks and sounds pretty good but I have to say as a fast paced shooter for a cell phone it simply doesn’t translate so well to a cell phone. I had trouble aiming most of the time and there was a delay to my jumps. That was pretty simple to compensate for but it was still pretty annoying. It is playable but for me it was easily the worst of the Sega Forever games I have played. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
