Stadia Games Will Not be Cheaper than Console or PC Counterparts

Recently Stadia boss Phil Harrison told Eurogamer “I don’t know why it would be cheaper” in reference to the price of games. This honestly doesn’t surprise me at all honestly as digital games aren’t any cheaper than physical copies anyway despite obviously being cheaper to distribute. While it will be nice to be able to play on just about any screen, the idea that they were ever going to be cheaper is ridiculous to me. Besides the extra cost of creating this new format it, they want all the profit they can possibly get. While there is a free option and a $10 a month option (more details on that here ) and that will help, they obviously won’t want to cut into that else ware. Regardles, it will be interesting. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Live Action Little Mermaid Eyes Melissa McCarthy for Ursula

Variety reports that as of now that Melissa McCarthy is in early talks with Disney to play the evil sea witch Ursula in the live action Little Mermaid movie. McCarthy is a highly talented tho not always loved actor that got started with comedies and really became known to me while playing Sookie St. James in The Gilmore girls. I think if she ends up in this role it will be a love hate issue for many sadly, tho for me I am good with it and hope it works out. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory/

Game of Evolution Click & Merge (Mobile)

Game of Evolution Click & Merge is clearly a clicker mobile game, and not a good one. You start with a single celled organism and combine them together. Each time you do this they will make a bigger creature. They eventually turn into land creatures such as dinosaurs, monkeys and people. Each increasing more advanced creature will be worth more money.

The problem is the game is never fun. There is no challenge to it, and the only fun part is that the creatures do look pretty cute. The sound is repetitive as well, so honesty while this is a short review, you shouldn’t waste your time playing this game. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

The Office Leaving Netflix, in 2021.

Yes you read that right, Netflix is losing The Office. In January of 2021 when NBC starts it own streaming service because everyone has to have one of those now. It is one of the most popular shows on Netflix and you are quickly running out of time to watch it. It is a short year and a half away roughly after all.  Good luck finishing this one guys, I am not sure there is enough time. (this is heavily sarcastic) Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Fallen (2016)

Fallen is the movie adaptation of the book by Lauren Kate of the same name. The movie however was met with some pretty horrible reviews. 7% on Rotten Tomatoes for example. The book however, the first in a series of 5 books (if you include the short Valentines Day novel)

The story is about a girl that is resurrected every 17 years only to fall in love with a fallen angel, kiss him and die just to repeat the process. This has gone on ever since the war between God and Lucifer when Danial fell in love with a human and refused to choose sides in the battle. Jealous of this new found love, Lucifer cursed them to be stuck on Earth forever to repeat the process.

Danial has tried it all to break this cycle to no avail.  The movie comes off very Twilight like, except somehow not as good. Te acting isn’t great, the lighting isn’t all that good and most of the characters are pretty much boring as hell. The only entertaining part of this is Luce and the story itself is interesting. I rarely say this sort of thing tho, but just go read the books. For starters, the movie leaves you hanging pretty much and I highly doubt the other books ever get movies. They were also done much better. So skip this one, and get some reading done. Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.

Childish Things — Master Mix Movies

Curse of Chucky finally brings Chucky back to his horror roots. After Seed of Chucky turned him into a joke, there hadn’t been a Child’s Play movie in nearly a decade. Endgame Re-release Needs Less Than $39 Million to Beat Avatar

With each passing day Endgame makes less and less money and the dream of beating Avatar slips further and further away, sort of. On June 28th a new version of Avengers Endgame will release with extra footage in hopes of making that extra money to topple the giant that is Avatar, the leading movie in film history when it comes to making bank.

Kevin Feige was pretty clear to say tho, this is NOT an extended cut. If you stick around after the movie there will be a deleted scene, some surprises and a small tribute. Admittedly this was probably the plan from the beginning, but hey I guess whatever gets the ball across the goal line right? Best wishes and may the gaming gods bring you glory.
