Horizon 2: Forbidden West reveal trailer

I’m feeling pretty speechless right about now. The world of Horizon always intrigued me but now I’m itching to play the first. The graphics and scope of the trailer are truly breathtaking and the machines look badass, the mastodon at the end is really badass. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Werewolf The Apocalypse- Earthblood cinematic trailer

Summer is here and what better time for some much needed werewolf mayhem? Seriously, werewolves get the shaft as far as monsters go so I’m ecstatic that they get some alone time to shine here. The concept looks cool and I’m curious what the other creatures shown are. There is plenty of potential here and like many I’m pumped for it. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Marvel’s Spider-man: Miles Morales trailer 1

Marvel’s Spider-man (PS4) was one of my favorite games of this current generation and while I’m not familiar too much with the adventures of Miles, I was pumped his Spider-man was going to be in the second game. I can’t wait to see the villain roster for this game because the last game’s was phenomenal (I’m hoping for Sandman, Kraven, and Mysterio myself). So many questions and my mouth is watering as a comic nerd. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Destiny 2 Beyond Light trailer

Destiny 2 and me have a strange relationship. While it’s honestly a fun game, I’m not a MMO guy in nature but I play once in a great while. The cinematic trailer is gorgeous and leaves a lot to imagine what kind of adventure the new expansion will bring. September isn’t far away. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Resident Evil VIII: Village reveal trailer

Hot damn, the timing couldn’t be better for me since I’m digging my teeth into the RE7 Gold Edition at the moment. Honestly, hearing about werewolves, I’m not so pissed now and think they look freaking sweet. The trailer looks gorgeous and I like the vibe between 4 and 7. But whose story will be coming to a close? I’m betting Chris though the woman in the trailer does look a lot like Claire. I’m excited as hell and can’t wait to see what mayhem we get in the village. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Nemesis Distress reveal trailer

No friends, not that Nemesis or Project Nemesis but a new multiplayer horror game derived from the board game ( that I didn’t know existed before working on this little post). As a game, I’m getting a heavy Alien and/or Predator vibe which could be cool. I’m interested to see what they come up with. May the gaming gods bring you glory.

Redneck Ed Astro Monster Show Comes to PC This Year

Rustic Fantastic development studio and 101XP publishing team are excited to announce that the cosmic arcade-style beat ’em up Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show is coming to PC this year.

Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show is an arcade beat-’em-up set in an intergalactic game show. Forced to compete in gruesome challenges to reclaim his stolen face, Ed must endure this torturous reality show while also trying to take down the sinister forces behind this business we call show.

Featuring hand-drawn art inspired by cartoonishly grotesque animation like Ren & Stimpy, Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show takes players through some of the weirdest and wildest worlds imaginable. As you battle through waves of bloodthirsty aliens, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the inner workings of the most sadistic game show in the universe.

While making their way through the game’s worlds, the player will end up working towards one of several possible endings, determined by the set of side quests they choose to complete. Ed’s really gonna have to get his hands dirty by completing various tasks for the local aliens. Well, at least the ones who do not immediately want to kill him, that is!

To get an early look at Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show, a free demo will be available as part of the Steam Game Festival June 16th – 22nd. It’s only available for a limited time, so sign up here as a reminder to ensure you don’t miss out!

“I’ve always been a fan of strange alien worlds and arcade action, and with Redneck Ed: Astro Monsters Show I let my imagination run wild,” ssaid Olga Makushenko, Managing Director of Premium Games at 101XP. “It goes to some really outlandish places, but the whole thing is wrapped up in satire about showbiz, which has become more outlandish than ever in today’s world of reality TV and celebrity culture. Redneck Ed has been a trip to make and I can’t wait for people to lay eyes on its bizarre sights for the first time.”
